Meet Will

We’re excited to welcome a new face to the UdderWays team: Will Gregoire, our new engineer! As our company continues to grow, adding the right people to our crew is essential. Will brings a strong background in engineering, manufacturing, quality control, and agriculture, and he’s already hit the ground running.

In his role, Will is helping bridge the gap between innovation and real-world farming. Whether he’s coordinating product builds, working hands-on in the shop, or joining our team for on-farm demos and installations, Will is central to making sure our systems perform seamlessly from idea to implementation.

Will’s hands-on approach and problem-solving mindset make him a perfect fit for UdderWays. His work ensures farmers experience not just cutting-edge equipment, but reliable, well-supported installations from day one.

With someone focused on getting our solutions into the field and running right the first time, we’re doubling down on what matters most: helping dairy farms thrive through practical, well-executed innovation.

Looking Ahead: Preparing for Fall Launches

We’re getting ready for an exciting season this fall as we begin expanding installations beyond our initial pilot sites. After months of refining our designs, testing in the field, and building out our team, we’re preparing to bring UdderWays to more farms in a thoughtful, scalable way.

This next phase will focus on increasing production capacity, improving install processes, and working closely with early adopters to ensure a smooth experience. With Will on board, we’re in a stronger position to support farms as we continue moving from development to dependable delivery.
