What are the airflow requirements to operate the Vortex System?

There is a minimum requirement of 30cfm needed per Vortex handle, or the equivalent of a 7.5 hp compressor.

What pre-dip can be used through the Vortex System?

The Vortex System is operating on farms with a few different solutions including but not limited to:

• Peracetic Acid

• Chlorine Dioxide

• Chlorine Generators

• Lactic Acid

• Hydrogen Peroxide

What key areas of improvement, compared to traditional milking preparation, have been seen because of the use of the Vortex System?

Each farm we work with utilizes the Vortex System for different reasons. Whether it be for better stimulation, quicker and faster milk letdown, labor savings, potential for reduction or even complete elimination of towels, elimination of cross contamination potentially leading to decreased SCC, ease of use, and even the lightweight feature. We have witnessed a variety of improvements as compared to traditional preparation techniques and tools.
