Meet Andy and Molly!

Our team has expanded, again! Please meet Andy Cole, our Sales Representative, as well as Molly Toussaint, our Growth and Outreach Coordinator. Two very different roles, but both essential to the advancement of our company as a whole. Andy brings with him a wealth of knowledge in the dairy industry with connections that allow him to expand our reach, as well as being our proficient Spanish speaking team member, while Molly has years of experience in the dairy industry directly on the farm along with a strong backing in customer relations.

Andy is crucial in reaching our customer base in the northeast as he is centered in eastern New York. Andy has brought his connections in the dairy industry along with him, allowing for the opportunity to be their main contact with our company. The comfort our customers feel with Andy at the reins of their system is unparalleled to say the least. We’re excited to see how smooth his integration into our organization will continue to be!

While Molly has only just started with UdderWays last month, she has already put her organization, communication, and administrative skills to good use. From on-farm demos and installations, to building our clientele, Molly has played a hand in multiple projects in her few short weeks here. Her attention to detail has helped to integrate systems already in place with a more organized collection of data to allow for easy access by any of our team members.

Why It Matters

Having added both Andy and Molly has enabled us to reach more customers in an efficient manner, while remaining readily available to our existing clients. Their commitment to our team and the dairy industry ensures that those interested in our product will be well taken care of from inquiry to installation and everything in between and beyond.

Looking Ahead: Preparing for Fall Launches

We are in our final testing phase! Our preparation procedure continues to become more efficient as we work through additional installations! While our goal is to add one pilot farm each week, we are keeping in mind our commitment to our existing customers. We believe that this commitment will continue to build the bond between us and our farmers along with their dealers to better serve our dairy community as we continue to look toward future growth.
